1. Service Description

JADE AI is an artificial intelligence-powered website builder that generates professional websites for businesses. Our service includes:

• AI-generated website designs
• Website hosting
• Domain management (optional)
• Chat-based website editing
• Customer support

2. Pricing & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges for monthly services.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service:

• Before website generation: Full refund available
• After website generation: We will work with you to address any issues. Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Monthly hosting: Prorated refunds available for unused time

4. Launch Special: Unlimited Revisions

During our launch period, customers receive unlimited revisions to their generated websites at no additional cost. This special offer may be modified or discontinued at any time, but existing customers will retain their revision benefits for 90 days from purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Adult or explicit content
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Copyright infringement
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the business information, logos, and content you provide to us.

Generated Websites: Upon full payment, you own the generated website code and design. However, the underlying AI technology and systems remain the property of Justice Apex LLC.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justice Apex LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your website data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
